NATIONAL BANK OF RWANDA MUSANZE Branch

The National Bank of Rwanda Musanze Branch is a three-storey office building with a basement, covering a total built-up area of 3,000 m². Designed to meet both operational efficiency and modern banking standards, the facility provides ample working space while adhering to Rwanda’s building regulations and international quality benchmarks.

L&F Consultants provided comprehensive services, beginning with a full design review encompassing architectural, structural, infrastructure engineering, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems. Our role extended into complete construction supervision, including chairing and coordinating site meetings, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, issuing instructions and variation orders, preparing progress reports, and certifying satisfactorily completed works.

The project concluded with final inspections, issuance of final completion certificates, and delivery of detailed maintenance manuals, along with expert advice on post-construction upkeep. This end-to-end approach ensured the Musanze branch was delivered to the highest professional and technical standards.
