The RSSB Pension Plaza projects comprised the construction supervision and design review of three modern 8-storey office buildings located in Musanze, Karongi, and Nyanza districts. Each building, with a total built-up area of approximately 6,000 m², was strategically sited in the downtown area of its respective district, serving as a major commercial and administrative hub. The projects were executed to comply fully with Rwanda building control regulations and international standards, ensuring durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

Our role encompassed complete design review services — including architectural, structural, infrastructure engineering, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) designs — as well as comprehensive construction supervision. This included chairing and conducting site meetings, performing regular inspections to enforce compliance with specifications, issuing instructions and variation orders, preparing progress reports, issuing interim certificates for completed works, conducting final inspections and issuing final certificates, advising on post-construction maintenance, and preparing maintenance manuals.
