The firm also managed comprehensive construction supervision, including chairing and conducting site meetings, performing regular inspections to ensure strict compliance with specifications, issuing instructions and variation orders, and preparing detailed progress reports.

The project was successfully completed with final inspections, issuance of completion certificates, and preparation of maintenance manuals, along with expert post-construction maintenance advice—ensuring the building’s long-term performance and value.
