Construction Supervision of Batsinda Phase II Middle Cost Apartments

The HEZA Estate project in Batsinda, Kigali spans an 11-hectare plot and features eighteen blocks totaling 105 buildings, including six residential typologies, shops, utility buildings, and complete infrastructure works such as roads, drainage, and parking. Our role has encompassed full construction supervision, from chairing site meetings and conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, to issuing instructions, variation orders, and progress reports. We have managed certification processes for completed works, conducted final inspections, issued final certificates, and provided expert advice on post-construction maintenance, along with preparing comprehensive maintenance manuals. The project is now in its final stages of completion.
