The Rwanda National Police undertook the construction of an ultramodern headquarters in Kigali to provide adequate working space and improved facilities for its staff. The project comprised a total floor area of 5,000 m², complemented by two major conference halls covering 2,000 m². Designed in compliance with Rwanda’s building control regulations and international standards, the facility offers a high-quality, efficient, and secure working environment.
Our role encompassed complete design review services, including architectural, structural engineering, infrastructure engineering, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems. During construction, we provided full supervision, chaired and conducted site meetings, carried out regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, issued instructions and variation orders, prepared progress reports, and certified completed works through interim and final inspections. We also offered expert advice on post-construction maintenance and developed comprehensive maintenance manuals for long-term facility management.
