ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING DESIGN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS

The Rebero Residential Apartments project, commissioned by E.P.R., consists of 9 well-designed units with a total built-up area of 1,020 m². L&F Consultants ensured that the building placement adhered to master plan regulations, including road reserves and set-back requirements, while optimizing functionality and aesthetics. The scope covered complete design services—Architectural and Interior Design, Structural and Infrastructure Engineering, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, HVAC, fire safety systems, and advanced low-current systems such as security, lighting, and fire alarms. In addition, L&F supervised construction activities, including precise building setting out, to guarantee quality, safety, and compliance from design to completion.
